Ingredients:
1 liter - milk Or 200 g - mawa (khoya)
100 g - sugar
 tsp - cardamom powder
few strands of saffron

Method
·        Boil the milk and start stirring from the very beginning to make thick mawa
·        When the mawa thickens add sugar. .(If u use ready mawa then skip this procedure)
·        When the sugar is added the mawa will slightly loosen. Hence heat on a low flame.
When sufficiently thick add cardamom powder, and paste of saffron.( Tip To Make Saffron Paste:   Soak a few strands of saffron in a tbsp. of water or milk for about 5 minutes.Grind with a metal or stone pestle..)
·        Mix well and allow it to cool down.
·        Knead (rub) the mawa well.
