HomeHi guys :) Hope you are having a nice weekend. Ours has been good and mostly low key! Friday night, we stayed in, watched a movie and had some at home Mexican. I cooked up a mixture of ground beef, corn & spices (for Josh) and refried black beans (for us both). I had a taco salad of sorts:
and Josh had assemble-your-own tacos with the corn/beef mixture, chopped jalapenos, salsa, cheese, lettuce & refried beans:
Saturday, amongst other things, involved lunch with my parents:

We also opened a few Christmas presents! My Mom got me the most adorable dip bowl from Coastal Cupboard:
And it couldn’t have been better timing! Later on Saturday, I made up Brandi’s Chobani Pumpkin Dip and put it in my new bowl to take to a party:
I served the dip with apples & pita chips. It was SO yummy! Thank you Brandi :)
As for Sunday- the plan includes cleaning, a trip to the gym and brunch with friends. What are you up to?
