Bitter Can Taste Better or can say best?????

How r all u guys???? Weekend is nearing……..So I thought get out of diet tht day??? How about something fried? Something bitter? r’nt u tired of sweet always or the same taste………I m so thought I’ll makw something better or best out of bitter…….Have u ever had drumstick leaves ambado (fritters)…..no then do try it it tastes yum nd ul never feel the bitter taste……….Amma used to make them at home(mamama used to get the leaves for us) and I used to cherish them sitting like a queen with a plate of ambado….huh I remember the time when Sud..nd I used to fight for the ambado’s telling takka/tikka kasane chada dilla nd all(y is he/she given lil more). I miss tht bro!! L but after all tht its life….we gona go far…..

Today I m gonna post ambado nd karathe phodi(karela/bittergourd) :

Mashinga palle Ambado :

Mashinga Pallo/ Drumstick leaves – 2 cups (coarsely cut with hands)

Rice-1 cup (soaked for 4 hrs or so)

Red chillies – 12-15

Salt to taste

Method: Grind rice,chillies, into a very fine and semi-thick paste.

Now in a bowl mix the leaves, salt, and the paste.

Heat oil….now make small balls nd flatten them deep fry in oil and Relish.

Karathe Phodi:

Karathe/Bitter Gourd -2 Rice - ½ cup Red chillies – 9 Salt to tasteHing a pinch

Cut roundels of karathe and apply salt and leave for n hr.(this removes the bitter taste of karathe thts wht amma used to tell me).Grind RC, Rice and hing into a thick paste(avoid adding lozza water).Now squeeze the water from karathe and apply the paste and rest for ½ n hr….Then deep fry them until crispy.

Now u can relish the bitter which is not bitter…..he he he he he he he.
