Baked Macaroni and Cheese with Corn
1 cup pasta – I used elbow macaroni
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn, not drained
½ stick butter – cubed
8 oz Velveeta-cubed
Mix all together. Pour into a greased pan and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven. Bake covered for first 30 minutes, stir and continue to bake uncovered for another 30 min.
