Charleston, Fresh Berry Froyo, Dinner

It has been one FABULOUS Saturday! I taught Body Step this morning and then finished up some work I had to do. Afterwards, I went to the pool for about 45 minutes to do some Twilight reading while Josh was off at the gym. When he got back, we both got showered up and headed into Charleston.

We enjoyed a long walk around the city (probably close to 5 miles) and hopped in and out of art galleries looking for a few paintings for our house. We found some nice ones, but weren't completely sold on any. Next, we stopped at Fresh Berry for some INCREDIBLE frozen yogurt.

I had the no sugar added vanilla with kiwi, mango, and pineapple:
Josh had the Fresh Berry Tart with raspberries, kiwi, and pineapple:

The store is SO cute:

Hooray for Fresh Berry and froyo!

Josh was still hungry after our froyo meal so we headed to Pita Pit:

Josh got a chicken crave (chicken and ham) pita with lettuce, spinach, hummus and cheese:

We sat in the park while he ate his pita and enjoyed the beautiful view:

After our wonderful day in the city, we headed home for some din din and a movie. I was feeling kinda lazy so Josh had some buffalo chicken from Harris Teeter with some cherries and cauliflower that I roasted up:

I had a big salad with romaine, apple, roasted cauliflower, a little broccoli slaw, salsa, and a slimcado. The slimcado is a green avocado with less fat/calories. It tastes like a watered down avocado and was kind of meh...I don't think I would buy it again- I love the healthy fats found in avocados!

We plan to relax for the rest of the night! What are you up to?
