Weekend got over and yest nd now bac to the same..... Thursday we went out for dinner enjoyed each bite of food there with my Hubby's frenz.... Then all went down to Corniche....Wonderful roads......Hushy bushy all around pepole all over and we all in between them....... A small walk near the beach at 11.30pm......then we drove for some melting moments to BR and had Very Berry yum yum the Ice-cream melted in my mouth nd just melted.... then drove bac to home nd reached at 12.30....without wasting a minute I fell of to bed nd zzzzzzzzzzzzzz.....
Friday i got up too early thats 11.30pm ;) nd had a lovely breakfast prepared by my Love who got up b4 me nd prprd Tea,Puri Bhaji for me byt the time i got up.....he made some mess in the puri batter but its ok..........he made it with a heap of luv......... that was so sweet of him... Thank u guru
then we cleaned up the house....nd the day was over...... at nyt I wasn feeling sleepy until 2am i nvr knew wat on earth was i doing? But then i had to sleep forcefully bcoz i had to get up next day nd prpr for Brkfst nd lunch.... Huh!! Alas!! weekend is over :(.

Water melon is the loved one of most of us nd my hubby esp is nuts about this fruit he cud have it instead of his lunch or dinner...... Most of them donno tht they can use the white part of watermelon... I always heard about Bachanga Polo( watermelon dosa)...... Bachang is a konkani word for watermelon....... So i decided to use the white part of the dosa but with a littel red part..... so here is the koooool recipe.... Enjoy!!!!! We enjoyed this with Ambuli Kale Nonche
(roasted masala mango pickle)
Ingredients:
Watremelon white - 1 cup
Red peices without seeds -4 dices
Dosa rice - 1 cup
Fresh coconut - 4-5 tbsp
salt to taste
Method:
Soak rice for atleast 3 hrs or more and grind it into fine paste with coconut, watermelon white nd red peices and make it into a semi liquid consistency. To this batter add salt and mix well..... Spread dosa on hot tawa and fry both sides.......
Serve hot with mango pickle or a chutney of ur choice......
