Weekend Pictures and Spiralization

As always, hope you all are having a nice week so far! I wanted to share a few pictures from this past weekend. First up, Josh's brother's graduation:

Josh's brother, his "Grandma", Josh:

Dinner afterwards. The graduate and Kate:

Josh's brother had a gig that night. We went to one of the local bars to watch the show, they were FANTASTIC!

Josh and his Grandma at the bar:

We had a blast at Penn State, but our trip was super quick (and super cold!!!!!!). Congrats Jus!!
When we got back on Sunday, we immediately met my parents out at lunch to celebrate Mother's Day. Myself and my wonderful Mom:

So far, my week has been great. My workouts this week are looking as follows:
  • Monday- Ran to warm-up, taught Body Pump
  • Tuesday- Taught Body Attack
  • Wednesday- Off
  • Thursday- Teach 45 minute Body Step, 45 minute Body Pump
  • Friday- Off
  • Saturday- Teach Body Step
  • Sunday- Run to warm-up, Teach Body Pump

Whats on your workout agenda?

I was VERY excited when my doorbell rang tonight because I was expecting something....

I recently won this incredible Spiralizer from a contest on Julie(fellow "real housewife")'s blog. I broke open the box immediately, cleaned it up and used it to make sweet potato spirals as part of my dinner tonight:

I tossed the sweet potato curls in a little olive oil and then sprinkled them with this Mrs. Dash seasoning - salt free (disclaimer- I got this sample for free from the company):
and roasted them up. Totally awesome! I like that the flavor of the Mrs. Dash seasoning was lighter, not overwhelming. And the spiralized potato was so fun!

I can't wait to spiralize all of the fruits and veggies I can get my hands on ;). Any fun spiralizer recipes or ideas?
What shows do you guys watch on the regular? I watch a good chunk of junk tv (Kendra, Real Housewives, American Idol) and Lost!! Josh and I are also just starting to get into Glee.
