E: Weekend & Oktoberfest Preview Filed under ( blogger meet up, Breakfast, Restaurant Review )

Thank you all for giving Mandi a warm welcome! How has your weekend been so far? Mine has been just wonderful. Josh and I had a date night last night that involved a stop at Whole Foods to pick up a new product. Justin’s Organic PB Cups!! They’re ONLY available at Whole Foods right now and are delicious.

 

They are a little heavier on the chocolate than Reese’s but the taste is so much better (in my opinion). Let me know if you give them a go.

We also stopped and picked up a birthday gift for me. Josh had a few ideas on what we should get for my birthday (which was September 2nd…I’m a little slow on making decisions) and I finally decided I wanted some new shoes. I ended up getting two pairs for $59!

We also went to dinner at La Pizzeria (love that place).

This morning, I taught Body Step and then met my girl Lindsay at Charleston’s Cafe for brunch.  I mixed it up a bit (I know!) and got coffee (of course), scrambled egg beaters and one of their AMAZING sweet potato biscuits:

And now, I am prepping for the Oktoberfest party Mandi & I are throwing tonight! Whoop whoop! The menu will include:

• Beer Cheese
• Pretzels
• Brussels Sprout Gratin
• Brauts
• Sausage balls
• German potato salad
• Apple Strudel
