This was just lying down in my drafts from months never got time to post it... Now as for a month i m not gonan do ne bake with eggs i thought il post this soon...nd c now comes the time for spongy cakes.
As i had made a small qtty i used half the quantity mentioned in itkitchen.

For the Strawberry Cake i foloowed the same procedure but when folding the mixture add a pinch or 2 of strawberry escence and before baking i added finely chopped strawberries.

And bake it at same temprature and same time....... Now u can relish the tempting cakes.
