Molasses Cookies
3/4 cup butter flavored Crisco
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
Cream shortening and sugar; add egg and molasses; add dry ingredients and mix together. Roll into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. Enjoy with cold glass of milk!
